Utilizing a professional heavy-duty steel rail design, it boasts strong load capacity and smooth operation. Track routes can be customized to suit the factory's specific layout, including straight, curved, and even circular routes.
2. Dedicated Coil V-Frame
To address the unique shapes and handling requirements of coiled materials, two clamps, V-grooves and curved clamps, are designed to perfectly conform to the coil's curves, effectively preventing rolling and slipping.
3. Hydraulic Lifting System
Equipped with a large-tonnage hydraulic cylinder, it provides smooth and powerful lifting, enabling millimeter-level precision positioning. A DC motor also provides continuous and stable power output.
For handling materials with unusual shapes, the rail-mounted transfer cart utilizes a specially designed coil holder to securely carry large-diameter coils such as steel and aluminum coils, effectively preventing rolling and shifting during transport, significantly improving operational safety and accuracy. Furthermore, this device supports rapid switching between coils of varying sizes and a removable and adjustable tabletop, meeting diverse production needs.
The use of a hydraulic lift mechanism enhances the rail-mounted transporter's docking capabilities.
